Research Results Outline: 本研究では、日本的ものづくりの強みであったQuality(品質)、Cost(コスト)、Delivery(納期・リードタイム)管理を複合的なKPI(K 本研究では、日本的ものづくりの強みであったQuality(品質)、Cost(コスト)、Delivery(納期・リードタイム)管理を複合的なKPI(Key Performance Index)としてとらえ,Plan-Do-Check-Act (PD... 本研究では、日本的ものづくりの強みであったQuality(品質)、Cost(コスト)、Delivery(納期・リードタイム)管理を複合的なKPI(Key Performance Index)としてとらえ,Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA)サイクルに基づいた現場力向上アプローチを基礎に、持続可能社会構築を目指し,グリーン・イノベーションを取り入れた次世代型生産・物流システムの構築を行った。提案モデルでは,製品ライフサイクル終了後に製品を回収,再生産するモデルの構築を行い,平均コストを最小化する最適再生産・発注政策を示した.

Research Results Outline: 近年IoT (Internet of Things)を活用した生産・物流システムにおける効率化が注目を浴びている.本研究課題では, IoTを活用した 近年IoT (Internet of Things)を活用した生産・物流システムにおける効率化が注目を浴びている.本研究課題では, IoTを活用した新たな生産・物流システムの構築について提案を行った.ここでは,与えられた生産計画のもとで,安全在庫... 近年IoT (Internet of Things)を活用した生産・物流システムにおける効率化が注目を浴びている.本研究課題では, IoTを活用した新たな生産・物流システムの構築について提案を行った.ここでは,与えられた生産計画のもとで,安全在庫量,計画達成生産量等のデータを用いて,限られた保全作業員のもと,IoTに基づく故障情報等の活用により,設備修復優先順位付け問題のモデル化を行った.具体的には,要求される生産計画達成基準のもとで,安全在庫量を意思決定の判断基準に含め,保全作業員の最適割当問題において,AHP(階層化意思決定)法をダイナミックに適用することにより,従来ルールよりも優れた設備修復順序を示した.
