高効率電動機の高速領域におけるトルク制御性能向上の研究

Research Results Outline:埋込磁石形永久磁石同期電動機(IPMSM)を,インバータ出力電圧振幅に制限が生じ,位相角のみが制御可能な1パルスモードで制御する際の,トルク制御系の設埋込磁石形永久磁石同期電動機(IPMSM)を,インバータ出力電圧振幅に制限が生じ,位相角のみが制御可能な1パルスモードで制御する際の,トルク制御系の設計法を明らかとした。まず,本方式の特徴を明らかにすべく,既存のトルクフィードバック制御方法の制御特...埋込磁石形永久磁石同期電動機(IPMSM)を,インバータ出力電圧振幅に制限が生じ,位相角のみが制御可能な1パルスモードで制御する際の,トルク制御系の設計法を明らかとした。まず,本方式の特徴を明らかにすべく,既存のトルクフィードバック制御方法の制御特性を,最近のIPMSMの弱め磁束制御方法との比較を行った結果,制御量であるトルクを直接的にフィードバックする点で,本方式には優位線があることがわかった。 以上の方式について,フィードフォーワード項も踏まえ,1kWクラスIPMSMモデルで実験を行ったところ,今回の検討条件では,時定数8msまでの応答が実現できた。なおこの結果の一部は国際会議ECCE2019に投稿中である。
