Research Results Outline:政治や社会に対する態度を表明するにあたって、市民は国家の監視を気にするのだろうか。この問いはサーベイ実験という手法が政治学で多用される今日、重要なもの政治や社会に対する態度を表明するにあたって、市民は国家の監視を気にするのだろうか。この問いはサーベイ実験という手法が政治学で多用される今日、重要なものである。というのも、実験で表明された意見が監視されていないという保証はないわけで、どのようなタイプ...政治や社会に対する態度を表明するにあたって、市民は国家の監視を気にするのだろうか。この問いはサーベイ実験という手法が政治学で多用される今日、重要なものである。というのも、実験で表明された意見が監視されていないという保証はないわけで、どのようなタイプの人が監視の目を気にし、どのように意見を表明しなくなるのか、または表明しても真実を語りにくくなるのかを理解しなくてはどのように調査をデザインしていいのかがわからない。われわれは日本において調査を複数回行い、一般市民が監視の可能性にどのように反応するのかを検討した。本調査はウプサラ大学やミシガン大学所属の研究者との共同研究である。
