Research Results Outline:自閉症児者支援の世界最先端といわれている米国ノースカロライナ大学医学部の”TEACCHAutism Program”で開発された高機能ASD生徒・学生自閉症児者支援の世界最先端といわれている米国ノースカロライナ大学医学部の”TEACCHAutism Program”で開発された高機能ASD生徒・学生のためのキャリア教育であるT-STEP(TEACCH School Transition toEm...自閉症児者支援の世界最先端といわれている米国ノースカロライナ大学医学部の”TEACCHAutism Program”で開発された高機能ASD生徒・学生のためのキャリア教育であるT-STEP(TEACCH School Transition toEmployment and Postsecondary Education Program)において使用されているBWAP2(Becker Work Adjustment Profile second edition)というアセスメントの日本版の作成を行った。 BWAP2では、従来の狭い範囲の職業能力だけではなく、高機能ASD者の対人関係やコミュニケーション能力、時間管理などのソフトスキルの項目が多数導入されており、我が国におけるASD児童生徒のキャリア教育に非常に有効であると考えられたため、障害者就労移行支援事業所、知的障害特別支援学校、障害者福祉施設等と研究会を実施し「発達障害の人の就労アセスメントツール」(合同出版)として刊行した。
